Insert bearings for self-aligning bearing units

PPA Insert inox Spacer The internal structure of bearing-inserts is largely similar to that of standard ball bearings of Series 6200 and 6300.However, they feature wider inner rings to facilitate fitment onto the shaft, or taper bore rings permitting the use of tightening sleeve.


All bearing-inserts are sealed on both sides and can be supplied with cylindrical or spherical outer rings.

Our insert bearings are delivered ready for mounting and are life-lubricated, with suitable grease. No complementary element is required for normal operating conditions.
 
SNR insert bearings outer and inner rings and balls are made of hardened 100Cr6 bearing steel (or stainless steel if need be).

Standard cast iron or steel sheet insert bearings are delivered with 2-piece riveted steel sheet cages. Stainless steel and thermoplastic insert bearings are fitted with stainless steel cages. The seals are made of nitrile rubber or steel sheet. These bearings can be fitted with blanking caps or not.


 

Rubber Interliner Bearing

The rubber interliner bearings provides reduced vibration and smooth running conditions.
These units are bearing unit inserts with eccentric locking collar and rubber interliner.
The interliner is available for both cylindrical and spherical outside diameter.
