Gray cast self-aligning bearing units

PAA_fontebleu_plat_L150 Spacer The various cast-iron bearing units types are: base plate bearings, bearing plates, tension slides, connection rod big end bushes or cartridge bearings. Various types of attachment modes are possible (through holes, tapped holes...).

Various sealing systems are available to enable the bearings to adapt to diversified industrial applications.

Cast iron self-aligning bearings provide corrosion protection by passivated surfaces and varnishes. They are regreasable (tapped holes for grease nipples). Finally, they compensate for misalignment thanks to their spherical bearing surface.

Integral bearing-inserts feature angular mobility in all directions and compensate for misalignment to a certain extent.

SNR also manufactures bearing-inserts for extreme temperature conditions, for specific applications.
